### Introduction

Your feedback is invaluable in helping us improve your experience using the Sanas app. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to submit your feedback using the app’s built-in feedback feature.

Submitting feedback using the procedure below automatically sends us the app logs, which helps us further investigate issues in case a problem is reported.

At Sanas, we listen closely to our users to continuously improve the app for a better experience. Your feedback helps us quickly identify and fix issues, allowing us to enhance your Sanas app experience.

### Submit your feedback

1. Open the **Sanas app** on your computer.
2. Click on the **menu icon** ( **☰**) in the top-left corner.
3. Select **Feedback** to access the feedback page.
4. Rate your experience by selecting either **Good** or **Bad**.
5. Choose a specific reason from the dropdown menu, then click **Submit**.
