Introduction

This guide provides generic instructions for configuring the audio settings on any softphone application to work with Sanas applications.

Before you begin

• Verify application: Verify that the Sanas and the softphone application you want to configure are installed on your computer.

• Privileges: Your organization may control your softphone application’s audio settings. Ensure you have the required privileges to modify these settings.

Integration Steps

1. Launch the softphone application on your computer. If required, log in using your credentials.

2. Navigate to the application’s Settings menu, and look for " Audio Settings," " Sound Settings," or similar options.

3. Navigate to Microphone, Input device, and select Sanas Microphone or Sanas Virtual Audio as the audio source.

4. Click Save/ Ok to apply the changes.
