You get the following benefits using the Sanas AT:

Real-time accent translation

Powered by our advanced AI models, Sanas AT seamlessly converts your natural accent into a globally neutral, professional voice. The output is clearer, more confident, and easier to understand, letting you focus on your conversation rather than worrying about accent barriers.

Noise-Free Calls

Eliminate background noise instantly. Whether you're in a bustling office or working from home, your voice comes through clearly, without distractions, ensuring your message is always heard.

Improved efficiency

Enhanced clarity leads to better understanding. When recipients grasp information quickly, it reduces call resolution time and increases overall satisfaction for everyone involved.

Getting started with the AT app

Home page

Your app's Home page is the control center for managing all app functionality.

App version 4.X and above

  1. Accent Translation

    • Toggle to turn ON or OFF Accent Translation.
  2. Voice Type

    • Select your voice type.
  3. Outbound Noise Cancellation

    • Toggle to turn ON or OFF Noise Cancellation (NC) for the outbound audio. By default, the outbound NC remains ON, even when AT is disabled.
  4. Audio Input Source

    • Select your connected headset’s microphone as the audio input source.
  5. Inbound Noise Cancellation

    • Toggle to turn On or OFF NC for the inbound audio.

Note: Inbound NC is a portal controlled feature. You may not see this feature if its not enabled by your admin.

  1. Audio Output Source
    • Select your preferred headset’s earphones as the audio output source.

    • Toggle to turn ON or OFF Accent Translation.

    • Select your voice type.
  3. Audio Input Source:

    • Select your preferred headset’s microphone as the audio input source.
  4. Minimize app:

    • Minimize the app interface and run it in the background.
  5. App menu:

    • Access the additional app menu.
