### New accent added: Africa Middle East (AFRME)

We're introducing a new accent, **Africa Middle East** ( **AFRME**), for the **Accent Translation** ( **AT**) users. Sanas app can now understand a wide range of African and Middle-Eastern dialects and translate into a global-sounding voice (US or UK English).

**Key features**

- **AFRME-optimized workspaces:** Create new Workspaces with AFRME as the source accent, with the AFRME country code displayed on your Workspace for easy identification
- **Purpose-built AI models:** Download the latest Sanas app version featuring AI models trained exclusively on AFRME dialects
- **Enhanced accuracy:** Our AI models are trained on the diverse AFRME dialects, delivering optimized accent recognition for Africa- and Middle East-based Sanas app users.

### Inbound Noise Cancellation is now available on macOS

**Available for:** Accent Translation  
**Supported platforms:** macOS (already available on Windows and Linux)  
**App version:**`4.3.14` and `4.3.15`

**Inbound Noise Cancellation** ( **IBNC**) is now available for **Accent Translation** ( **AT**) users on macOS, completing our cross-platform rollout.

### Personalise your accent translated voice

**Available for**: Sanas Accent Translation users  
**Supported platforms**: Windows and Linux  
**App versions**: 4.3.X and above

We're thrilled to introduce **Sanas Personalisation**—a powerful new feature that lets you maintain your unique voice identity while using Accent Translation. Now you can sound both global _and_ authentically you.

#### Why this matters

**Preserve your voice identity.** You'll sound global and confident without losing what makes your voice distinctive.  
**Enhanced naturalness.** Your personalized voice not only sounds global but also retains the speech nuances from your original voice, further enhancing your accent-translated voice.

#### How it works

**Feature enablement.** Workspace admins enable Sanas Personalisation in the Sanas Settings page. Once enabled, supported app users will see the personalisation option in their app.

**Voice profile creation.** Users can create their voice profile directly in the app with just a few steps.

**Admin visibility.** Admins can track personalisation status for each team member from the Users page—showing either "Completed" or "Not completed."

**Flexible updates.** Need to re-personalize? Users can recreate their voice profile anytime. The new profile takes effect automatically on their next app session, with no interruptions during active sessions.

**Works everywhere.** Your voice profile syncs across devices, so you get the same personalized experience whether you're using Sanas from your laptop or another machine.

#### Privacy & Security

✓ **No audio recording.** Your voice data is never recorded or stored anywhere.
