# Integrate Sanas with Microsoft Teams

### Introduction

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to integrate Microsoft Teams with the Sanas app.

> **Note** 📔: Ensure that the **Microsoft Teams** and **Sanas** **desktop apps** are installed on your computer.

### Integrate Sanas with Teams

1. Launch the Teams application on your computer, and if required, log in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to **Settings**.

3. Select **Devices** from the left-side navigation menu, and scroll to the **Audio settings**.

4. Select **Sanas Microphone** under the Microphone drop-down menu.

5. Additionally, ensure the following audio options are **disabled**:

- **Automatically adjust mic sensitivity**  
   - **Noise suppression**  
   - **High fidelity music mode**  
   - **Spatial audio**
