We've introduced SSO (Single Sign-On) as a new App Activation Mode to enhance security and simplify user access management.

Customer Issue:

Implementation Guidelines:

  1. The new cards "Show Incompatible Message to App Users" are shown on the settings page under App Configuration.
  2. By default, the Show warning message and allow app users to skip is enabled.
  3. Access Control:
Both Sanas admin and Workspace admin can review or modify the configuration.
  4. While disabling & enabling, a confirmation popup is shown with the impact of the change.
  5. After confirmation, the setting would be changed to Disabled / enabled.

3. Portal Walkthrough Guide
