## Reset password for Sanas Portal

### Introduction

This guide provides instructions on how to reset your Sanas Portal password. You can reset the password from:

### Reset password from the login page

1. Navigate to the [Sanas Portal (opens in new tab)](https://www.portal2.sanas.ai/) page from your preferred web browser.

2. Enter your email address, then click **Continue**.

3. Click **Forgot password**.

4. Click **Continue** from the Reset Password page. You’ll receive an email from Sanas with the password reset link.

5. Open the received email, and click **Reset password**. Opens the password reset page.

6. Configure your new password for Sanas Portal, then click **Reset password**.

### Reset password from the profile

1. Log in to the [Sanas Portal (opens in new tab)](https://www.portal2.sanas.ai/) with your existing password.

2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner, then click **Profile**.

3. Click **Change password**.

4. Configure your new password, then click **Change**.
