# Configure Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)

### Introduction

This guide provides instructions on configuring audio settings on your web browser to grant Sanas the required permissions for its operations while using AWS Connect.

### **Before we begin**

- Ensure you have access to AWS Connect to test the configuration.
- Launch the Sanas app on your computer. Connect your headset and select your headset’s microphone under the audio input menu on the Sanas app.

### Configure AWS Connect

1. Navigate to AWS Connect on your preferred web browser and log in if required.

2. **Configure the web browser settings**

> 📔 **Note**: We are using Google Chrome browser to demonstrate the procedure; similar steps can be applied to any other web browser.

1. Open your browser’s settings.

2. Select **Privacy and security** from the left-side menu, then select **Site** **settings**.

3. Click **Microphone** under the **Permissions** category.

4. Select the **Sanas Microphone** from the drop-down list.

3. **Configure AWS Connect**

1. Navigate to the AWS Connect **Settings**.

2. Select **Sanas Microphone** under the Microphone drop-down menu.
