Configure Amazon Connect (AWS Connect)

Introduction

This guide provides instructions on configuring audio settings on your web browser to grant Sanas the required permissions for its operations while using AWS Connect.

Before we begin

Configure AWS Connect

  1. Navigate to AWS Connect on your preferred web browser and log in if required.

  2. Configure the web browser settings

📔 Note: We are using Google Chrome browser to demonstrate the procedure; similar steps can be applied to any other web browser.

  1. Open your browser’s settings.

  2. Select Privacy and security from the left-side menu, then select Site settings.

  1. Click Microphone under the Permissions category.

  1. Select the Sanas Microphone from the drop-down list.

  1. Configure AWS Connect

  2. Navigate to the AWS Connect Settings.

  3. Select Sanas Microphone under the Microphone drop-down menu.
