Sanas Personalization

Sanas Personalization

Introduction

Your voice is a key part of your identity. With Sanas Personalization, you don't have to choose between clarity and character. This feature ensures your accent-translated voice sounds close to your natural voice by preserving traits like pitch, amplitude, and speech patterns, while keeping the output accent-neutral and easy for recipients to understand.

Once a voice profile is created, the same personalized voice is applied across all calls and devices, giving the Sanas App and Chrome Extension users consistent, authentic identity without compromising accent translation quality.

How it works

Voice Personalization involves a one-time setup:

  1. Enablement: An admin enables the feature for a group in the Portal.
  2. Notification: Eligible users receive a prompt in their Sanas App to begin setup.
  3. Profile creation: The user completes a short voice reading (less than 60 seconds).
  4. Deployment: Sanas analyzes the input and automatically assigns the best-matched voice profile.
  5. Monitoring: Admins track personalization status for their team in the Portal.

For Portal Admin: Enable and monitor Voice Personalization
